Delete your dotmap account
dotmap is operated by Darthwares. You can ask us to delete your account and the data saved in it at any time.
How to ask
Email service@darthwares.com with the subject “Delete my dotmap account”, from the email address you sign in to dotmap with. You can also start the request in the dotmap Android app, under Account, Settings, Request account deletion.
We delete the account within 30 days and reply to confirm. If the request comes from a different address, we ask you to confirm from the account's address first, so nobody can delete someone else's account.
What is deleted
Your account and sign-in, your saved sites with every audit and score history, monitoring schedules and alerts, AI visibility questions and results, verified fixes, the AI assistants you connected, and your shared report links, which stop working. A paid plan is cancelled and not charged again; the time left on it is not refunded.
What is kept: anonymous audit scores (a score, grade and page count, with no site or name), and payment records that tax law requires us to keep, held by our payment provider.
Deletion cannot be undone.
